Supporting working parents. Strengthening workplace wellbeing
At Nurture Knowledge we support employee wellbeing with doctor-led courses that help working parents manage childhood illness with confidence, reducing stress at home and work.
Parents leave our sessions feeling calmer, more confident, and better equipped to care for their children.
For employers, this means a healthier, more supported workforce — and the potential to reduce unnecessary GP visits and time away from work.
At Nurture Knowledge, all of our courses:
Are designed and delivered by qualified GPs
Are grounded in the latest UK medical evidence and guidance
Are run in small, interactive groups to maximise engagement
Cover both common and serious childhood illnesses such as scarlet fever, chickenpox, measles, and meningitis
Include practical training in emergencies, including CPR, basic life support, and use of defibrillators
Provide clear guidance on when and how to seek medical help
Our Courses
Our courses are designed to fit around school and nursery hours and typically run from 9:30am to 2:00pm.
We usually recommend small, in-person groups to maximise engagement and interaction, though larger sessions and online delivery are also available.
If preferred, we can provide a condensed version to suit your team’s schedule.
We are able to deliver courses in person anywhere in the UK, so regardless of where you are based we are happy to help.
